R\u00e1d spolupracuje s&nbsp;v\u011bdci, kte\u0159\u00ed ji\u017e potvrdili, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee ve sv\u00e9m t\u011ble regulovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 pochody \u010dist\u011b mysl\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>To, co \u010dlov\u011bka na WHM zaujme nejv\u00edce, kdy\u017e se s&nbsp;n\u00ed setk\u00e1 poprv\u00e9, jsou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b fotky v&nbsp;ledov\u00e9 vod\u011b, ve sn\u011bhu apod. Ale WHM nen\u00ed pouze o ledu. Situace ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b je toti\u017e tak siln\u00e1, \u017ee m\u011b bu\u010f donut\u00ed z&nbsp;n\u00ed ut\u00e9ct anebo to rozd\u00fdch\u00e1m. Nic mezi t\u00edm nen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To je moc zaj\u00edmav\u00e9. Proto\u017ee je pravda, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee t\u0159eba roky meditovat a nemus\u00ed to m\u00edt \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd valn\u00fd v\u00fdsledek, proto\u017ee svoj\u00ed pozornost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1le n\u011bkam ut\u00edkat a mysl ho pust\u00ed. Jak to tedy je?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Dechov\u00e9 cvi\u010den\u00ed je dynamick\u00e9 a je \u00fapln\u011b jednoduch\u00e9. Na Youtube lze naj\u00edt spoustu vide\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo od Wima, kde podrobn\u011b popisuje, jak se prov\u00e1d\u00ed. Ide\u00e1ln\u011b bychom ho m\u011bli d\u011blat doma, v&nbsp;le\u017ee a v&nbsp;teple, proto\u017ee to \u010dlov\u011bka dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do zm\u011bn\u011bn\u00e9ho stavu v\u011bdom\u00ed. T\u00edm se m\u011bn\u00ed PH krve na v\u00edce alkalick\u00e9, a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se m\u011bn\u00ed vodivost v&nbsp;t\u011ble. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee se m\u011bn\u00ed (zlep\u0161uje) i vodivost v&nbsp;na\u0161em nervov\u00e9m syst\u00e9mu a mohou se uvol\u0148ovat r\u016fzn\u00e9 ment\u00e1ln\u00ed bloky. Sd\u00edlej\u00ed tam svoje z\u00e1\u017eitky, rad\u00ed si a ob\u010das se tam objev\u00ed i n\u011bjak\u00e1 fotka s&nbsp;promodral\u00fdmi l\u016f\u017eky prst\u016f s&nbsp;ot\u00e1zkou, jestli se to taky n\u011bkomu p\u0159ihodilo. Jak jsi \u0159\u00edkala, \u017ee d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed pocit bolesti, nem\u016f\u017ee se st\u00e1t, \u017ee se sn\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a\u017e moc? Proto\u017ee tohle se mi zd\u00e1 docela nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9.<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Tomu se \u010desky \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 ego. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 to toti\u017e berou jako sout\u011b\u017e a jsou ve vod\u011b dlouho. To, \u017ee se podchladili, pak bohu\u017eel poznaj\u00ed, a\u017e kdy\u017e z&nbsp;vody vylezou. \u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se tomu after-drop, kdy se studen\u00e1 krev z&nbsp;perifern\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed (nohy, ruce) dost\u00e1v\u00e1 do j\u00e1dra, kde se v\u017edy udr\u017euje krev tepl\u00e1. Rozklepou se, je jim stra\u0161n\u00e1 zima a dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed se z&nbsp;toho i p\u00e1r hodin. To se d\u011bje u pobyt\u016f okolo 10 min, kdy na to ti lidi nejsou tr\u00e9novan\u00ed a p\u0159esto si cht\u011bj\u00ed n\u011bco dok\u00e1zat. Ale k&nbsp;tomu, aby se dostavil k\u00fd\u017een\u00fd efekt, sta\u010d\u00ed i 30 vte\u0159in.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">V\u00e1\u017en\u011b jen tak m\u00e1lo?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Po dobu 30 \u2013 40 vte\u0159in se t\u011blo adaptuje, vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1 se se \u0161okem z&nbsp;chladu a vyrovn\u00e1v\u00e1 si dech. Teprve po t\u00e9to p\u016fl minut\u011b a\u017e minut\u011b se t\u011blo pln\u011b adaptuje a dok\u00e1\u017ee se za\u010d\u00edt uvol\u0148ovat. Proto na kurzech WHM nech\u00e1v\u00e1m lidi proj\u00edt dobrou p\u0159\u00edpravou a ve vod\u011b pak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1me minuty dv\u011b. Ale na ka\u017edodenn\u00ed b\u00e1zi \u00fapln\u011b sta\u010d\u00ed se pono\u0159it na tu cca p\u016fl minutu a zkusit se ve vod\u011b uvolnit. U\u017e to p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed i ment\u00e1ln\u00ed efekt.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8222;Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edm bodem v&nbsp;cel\u00e9m tom procesu je pr\u00e1v\u011b moment uvoln\u011bn\u00ed.&#8220;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Kdy se to nesna\u017e\u00edme udr\u017eet silou, ale jsme v&nbsp;propojen\u00ed s&nbsp;dechem a uvol\u0148ujeme se. Tato zku\u0161enost (pokud je pravideln\u011b opakovan\u00e1) se pak p\u0159ekl\u00e1p\u00ed do jak\u00e9koli stresov\u00e9 situace v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b, ve kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 moje t\u011blo tendenci reagovat sev\u0159en\u00edm. Pokud na denn\u00ed b\u00e1zi praktikuji tuto metodu, tak svoje t\u011blo programuji a u\u010d\u00edm nov\u00e9mu n\u00e1vyku. Proto je to i pro m\u011b jako pro terapeutku nejrychlej\u0161\u00ed metoda, jak u klient\u016f pracovat se stresem.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee bychom mohli vyhled\u00e1vat i jin\u00e9 stresov\u00e9 situace zahrnuj\u00edc\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad h\u00e1dky s&nbsp;lidmi, a v&nbsp;t\u011bch tr\u00e9novat na\u0161\u00ed reakci. Ale WHM metoda je bezvadn\u00e1 v&nbsp;tom, \u017ee m\u00e1 nejenom spoustu zdravotn\u00edch benefit\u016f, ale je i ohromn\u011b jednoduch\u00e1, proto\u017ee tam p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 nezapojujeme mysl. Co\u017e se v&nbsp;t\u011bch ostatn\u00edch situac\u00edch (t\u0159eba pr\u00e1v\u011b v&nbsp;h\u00e1dce) d\u011bje a my jsme naopak zahlceni obrovsk\u00fdm mno\u017estv\u00edm my\u0161lenek.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">\u0158ekla bych, \u017ee ve stresov\u00e9 situaci jde p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o to, \u017ee ztr\u00e1c\u00edme vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla. Jsme potom \u010dist\u011b jenom v&nbsp;hlav\u011b a sna\u017e\u00edme se vymyslet, jak z&nbsp;toho vybruslit. Ale ve WHM je vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bla zapnuto na maximum, tud\u00ed\u017e mysl m\u016f\u017ee z\u016fstat vypnut\u00e1. Ch\u00e1pu to spr\u00e1vn\u011b?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Je to tak. Ve WHM se na \u00farovni t\u011bla u\u010d\u00edme jak ho uvolnit, kdy\u017e se spou\u0161t\u00ed stresov\u00e1 situace, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1s nut\u00ed j\u00edt do tenze. Potom, kdy\u017e jsme t\u0159eba v&nbsp;pr\u00e1ci a jsme ve stresu, tak p\u0159esto, \u017ee si v\u011bdom\u011b nev\u0161\u00edm\u00e1me, \u017ee se n\u00e1m t\u011blo stahuje, za\u010dneme ho uvol\u0148ovat podv\u011bdom\u011b. Ale m\u016fj hlavn\u00ed pr\u016fvodce, ke kter\u00e9mu se st\u00e1le obrac\u00edm a jsem s&nbsp;n\u00edm v propojen\u00ed, je pr\u00e1v\u011b dech. Je to prim\u00e1rn\u00ed objekt m\u00e9 pozornosti. T\u00edm se p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u00edm do p\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9ho okam\u017eiku a kontaktu se zdrojem. V&nbsp;tom spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 pr\u00e1ce s&nbsp;mysl\u00ed, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1m potom pom\u00e1h\u00e1 i v&nbsp;ka\u017edodenn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Ve fin\u00e1le je tohle ta nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slo\u017eka, kter\u00e1 rozhoduje o tom, jestli ve vod\u011b z\u016fstanu, nebo ute\u010du. Kdy\u017e jsem napojen\u00e1 na sv\u016fj dech, tak zkr\u00e1tka jdu, d\u00fdch\u00e1m si, d\u0159epnu si, po\u0159\u00e1d d\u00fdch\u00e1m a najednou je zase \u010das odej\u00edt. Zat\u00edmco kdybych nebyla takhle napojen\u00e1 a opravdu za\u010dala poslouchat svoje my\u0161lenky, tak do vody ani nevlezu.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Jak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed benefity WHM bys vyzdvihla?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Na \u00farovni t\u011bla tam je spousta benefit\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad nejsem nemocn\u00e1. V\u016fbec. Zlep\u0161uje se stav poko\u017eky, proto\u017ee se nesm\u00edrn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem prokrvuje. I vlas\u016f, pokud si je sprchujeme studenou vodou. Cel\u00fd hormon\u00e1ln\u00ed, nervov\u00fd, imunitn\u00ed syst\u00e9m se vyla\u010fuje. Zlep\u0161uje se plodnost, chu\u0165 na sex, celkov\u00e1 \u017eivost\u2026atd. atd. Pro fyziologick\u00fd stres je typick\u00e9, \u017ee hladina kortizolu vylet\u00ed prudce nahoru, a kdy\u017e nebezpe\u010d\u00ed\/stimul pomine, spadne zase dol\u016f. Jako v&nbsp;\u017eivot\u011b \u2013 chv\u00edli nahoru, chv\u00edli dol\u016f. Zkr\u00e1tka v\u00fdvoj. Ale jako lidi v\u011bt\u0161inou nepro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me ani tolik stres fyzick\u00fd, jako psychick\u00fd, kter\u00fd je spojen\u00fd s&nbsp;na\u0161imi my\u0161lenkami. Ty si bereme v\u0161ude s&nbsp;sebou, i do postele, kdy\u017e jdeme sp\u00e1t. Nen\u00ed z&nbsp;n\u011bj \u00faniku. T\u00edm n\u00e1m zvy\u0161uje hladinu kortizolu dlouhodob\u011b, co\u017e na na\u0161e t\u011blo p\u016fsob\u00ed destruktivn\u011b.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\">&#8222;Kdy\u017e kultivujeme schopnost zachov\u00e1vat klid p\u0159i fyzick\u00e9m stresu (kter\u00fd je ve WHM zastoupen vstupem do studen\u00e9 vody), vznikaj\u00ed dva benefity: hladina kortizolu dlouhodob\u011b klesne a nav\u00edc je to ten moment, kdy se u\u010d\u00edme p\u0159ej\u00edmat ment\u00e1ln\u00ed kontrolu nad hormon\u00e1ln\u00edm syst\u00e9mem.&#8220;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">To zn\u00ed tak kr\u00e1sn\u011b! Kdy\u017e \u010dlov\u011bk tr\u00e9nuje tuhle metodu, tak zvl\u00e1d\u00e1 l\u00edp i teplo. Proto\u017ee prim\u00e1rn\u011b jde o to b\u00fdt propojen\u00fd se sv\u00fdm zdrojem\/dechem a t\u00edm l\u00e9pe zvl\u00e1dat stresov\u00e9 situace. Teplo je tak\u00e9 stresov\u00e1 situace.<\/p>\n<p>Ale tr\u00e9nujeme v&nbsp;chladu, proto\u017ee v&nbsp;n\u011bm se nejl\u00e9pe kultivuje tak\u00e9 schopnost p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed. P\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 situace, odevzd\u00e1n\u00ed se. Spousta na\u0161ich probl\u00e9m\u016f se komplikuje a roste pr\u00e1v\u011b proto, \u017ee je odm\u00edt\u00e1me a nechceme se jim pod\u00edvat do o\u010d\u00ed. Klid a teplou\u010dko se p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1 kr\u00e1sn\u011b. \u00dapln\u011b samo. (sm\u00edch) V&nbsp;chladu je to ale hor\u0161\u00ed. Tud\u00ed\u017e se uv\u00e1d\u00edme do fyziologick\u00e9 nerovnov\u00e1hy \u2013 nevyplavuj\u00ed se n\u00e1m ty hormony, kter\u00e9 by se vyplavovat m\u011bly, zato m\u00e1me dlouhodob\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd kortizol. A to zhor\u0161uje v\u0161echny na\u0161e fyzick\u00e9 i psychick\u00e9 z\u00e1le\u017eitosti. Deprese a \u00fazkosti, a v\u0161echny tyhle stavy mysli, jsou podporovan\u00e9 n\u011b\u010d\u00edm, \u010demu j\u00e1 \u0159\u00edk\u00e1m bullshit gener\u00e1tor, tj. na\u0161e hlava. (sm\u00edch) Proto\u017ee hlava neust\u00e1le generuje katastrofick\u00e9 sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159e, obavy atd. V&nbsp;moment\u011b kdy m\u00e1m pohodl\u00ed a m\u00e1m \u010das a prostor nechat hlavu rozv\u00edjet r\u016fzn\u00e9 my\u0161lenky a zab\u00fdvat se jimi, dost\u00e1v\u00e1m se do sestupn\u00e9 spir\u00e1ly. Kdyby m\u011b n\u011bkdo v&nbsp;takov\u00e9m moment\u011b hodil do studen\u00e9 vody, tak se v\u0161echno zcela rozplyne.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #993300;\"><br \/>\n&#8222;WHM je proto jednou z&nbsp;technik, kter\u00e1 dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159eru\u0161it bludn\u00fd kruh nap\u0159. depresivn\u00edho nebo \u00fazkostn\u00e9ho my\u0161len\u00ed.&#8220;<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jsme velmi rychle aktivov\u00e1ni a uv\u011bdom\u00edme si co je podstatn\u00e9, m\u00edsto toho, abychom se udr\u017eovali v&nbsp;p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, \u017ee nic nem\u00e1 smysl.<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Setkala ses n\u011bkdy p\u0159\u00edmo s&nbsp;Wimem?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>Nejd\u0159\u00edv jsem absolvovala Wim\u016fv dvoum\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed online kurz a pak jsem se s n\u00edm setkala na jednom jeho workshopu, co\u017e byl \u00fa\u017easn\u00fd z\u00e1\u017eitek. Je to velmi charismatick\u00fd a srde\u010dn\u00fd \u010dlov\u011bk.
